TRS Training Limited is a small, national provider who specialises in the Logistics and Manufacturing sectors. We have excellent relationships with large multinational companies as well as SMEs.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Teaching, training or practical experience of Manufacturing and Management apprenticeships
- Experience of developing schemes of work and bespoke training programmes
- Experience of end point assessment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively with employer and learners
- Excellent IT skills
Essential skills:
- Experience of operating in a Lean environment (Problem Solving, Six Sigma, etc.) and have 2- years’ recent (i.e. in the last 5 years) experience working in an improvement sector
- Recognised teaching qualification
- English and maths to level 2
- Recognised Assessor qualification
- Full UK driving licence
Salary: £32,000 pa plus expenses.
Desirable experience:
- At least two years manufacturing experience
- Experience of delivering apprenticeship standards
- Be qualified at Lean Six Sigma Green belt/equivalent or above
