Apprenticeship recruitment process

Phase 1: VACANCY REVIEW

A TRS apprentice recruitment consultant will sit down with you to review your vacancy. Together, you will agree on the final content for any job adverts, the person specification and which promotional platforms to use, depending on your target market.

Phase 2: VACANCY PROMOTION

During this phase, TRS will help you publish your apprenticeship vacancy on the national Find An Apprenticeship website. We can also share it on our social media platforms. You may choose to promote the position on job sites such as Indeed.

Phase 3: APPLICANT REVIEW

We will help you screen applicants efficiently and draw up a shortlist for interview. Once you have interviewed your applicants and chosen the successful candidate, we will provide you with all the information you need to prepare them for their apprenticeship.

Phase 4: ONBOARDING

Our learner team will liaise with you to arrange the enrolment and induction of your apprentice onto their training programme.
