About our Bristol driving school
Our Bristol HGV driving school is based at Western Approach Distribution Park in the Avonmouth and Severnside logistics area, close to the M4, M5 and M49 and public transport links. Practical driving tests are taken at Newport LGV test centre.
Instructor Barry Powell brings over 15 years’ industry experience and delivers training in a Mercedes Actros articulated vehicle and DAF rigid truck.
With a high first-time pass rate and excellent reviews, you can book your training today or arrange a no-obligation visit to meet Barry, and see and sit in the vehicles before committing to a course.
Commercial and funded training
If you are paying for a course yourself, you can opt to pay by Paypal installments or a personal loan. If your employer is paying, it’s worth exploring the apprenticeship route as there is funding available subject to eligibility. HGV Skills Bootcamp places may also be available, subject to current funding and eligibility.
