Cost to individual
There is no cost to the individual taking the course, regardless of whether they are employed or unemployed. If employed, then their employer must make a financial contribution of £200 +VAT pp for SMEs or £600 +VAT pp for large employers. (250+ staff)
Eligibility
Candidate must
- Be living and/or working in a Norfolk or Suffolk County Councils postcode area
- Be aged 19 or over
- Not have done a skills bootcamp since 1st April this year
Employer commitments
- Release candidate to attend the online training sessions
- Commitment to move the employee into a new role with additional responsibilities within freight forwarding
- Commitment to provide the employee with new responsibilities using skills and knowledge gained through the Skills Bootcamp
- Contribute to feedback on the course
