Skills Bootcamps are flexible training courses that last up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer.
TRS Training is offering Skills Bootcamps in HGV/LGV Driving. The courses are suitable if you’re new to heavy goods vehicle (HGV) driving, or you’re returning to driving. These are free and are available for adults aged 19 or over who are either currently in work or who are recently unemployed and live in England.
TRS Training is offering 3 different Skills Bootcamps in HGV/LGV Driving.
All three Skills Bootcamps will result in you obtaining your LGV/HGV licence. Once you have completed the course, TRS Training will source interviews with employers for you. All costs are covered including costs of training, tests and any medicals.
Eligibility
To apply you must:
- Be aged 19 or over
- Be in work or be unemployed for less than 12 months
- Live in England
- Have a current car driving licence (Cat B)
- Be prepared to attend a medical as part of the course (DVLA requirement)
