Eligibility
Candidate must
- Be living and/or working in Enterprise Cheshire & Warrington postcode area
- Be aged 19 or over
- Not have done a skills bootcamp in the last 12 months
Employer commitments
- Release candidate to attend the online training sessions
- Commitment to move the employee into a new role with additional responsibilities within freight forwarding
- Commitment to provide the employee with new responsibilities using skills and knowledge gained through the Skills Bootcamp
- Contribute to feedback on the course
